Company
So we built a company around one conviction: the work between conversations deserves a system of its own.
Mission
Give every organization the operational intelligence that today only exists inside its best person's head.
In most organizations, the work between conversations is held together by a person, a notepad, and a good memory.
It works — right up until the day it doesn't. The double-booking. The confirmation that never went out. The caller who was promised a call back. Never dramatic; a steady tax on attention, paid by whoever happens to be at the desk, compounding as you grow.
We started in law — organizations where being careful is not optional, and where every promise made on a phone call is a professional obligation. If a system can earn trust there, it can earn trust anywhere.
The point was never the technology. The point is that a Tuesday afternoon at a busy front desk is calmer than it was — and that nobody's good memory is a single point of failure anymore.
The road so far
The observation: every conversation creates work nobody budgets for. The first sketches of a system that would hold it.
Shipped into law firms — real calendars, real mailboxes, real obligations. Dark-mode consoles, audit history, reversible configuration: the trust architecture built first, not bolted on.
The realization that nothing in the system knows an industry. Intake, coordination, execution, record — the shape of work everywhere. GuideHerd becomes an AI operations platform.
New verticals, new agents — and careers and partnerships, when the time is right. We publish dates when things happen, not before.
