GuideHerd training helps teams use AI-assisted workflows safely, consistently, and without turning every employee into a full-time AI researcher.
Most AI tool rollouts become shelfware within sixty days.
Not because the tools don't work. Because nobody owns the workflow after the vendor leaves.
The tool ships, but nobody owns the workflow. The vendor moves on. The team reverts to what they already knew.
Staff use AI inconsistently or avoid it entirely. Without clear rules, some people over-rely on outputs. Others don't touch it.
AI tools change faster than one-time training can handle. A single workshop is stale within a quarter. The team needs ongoing updates, not a certificate they can't act on.
Included with paid pilots & implementations
Every GuideHerd workflow includes starter training so the team understands what the workflow does, what it does not do, how human review works, and where the safety boundaries are.
Includes
Ongoing online training
A monthly training membership for teams that want to keep their AI skills current without scheduling a custom workshop every time the tools change.
Includes
Live, role-specific, or in-person
Custom training for firms that need deeper hands-on support, role-specific sessions, internal champions, or practice-area-specific workflow training.
Includes
All Academy plans are per firm, not per seat for the first ten users. Scoped training is quoted after a short discovery call.
For legal and professional services clients
GuideHerd training is administrative and operational. We do not provide legal advice, do not decide conflicts, do not create attorney-client relationships, and do not send client communications without human approval. Training focuses on safe use, human review, confidentiality awareness, and workflow consistency.
Is starter training included?
Yes. Every paid pilot or implementation includes starter training.
Is GuideHerd Academy a replacement for custom training?
No. Academy keeps teams current between engagements. Scoped training is for private, role-specific, or deeper workflow work that Academy lessons can't replicate.
Is this CLE?
Not by default. GuideHerd training is practical workflow training, not CLE unless separately stated and arranged with the relevant authority.
Can you train new hires?
Yes. Academy includes onboarding materials for new staff. If the firm wants live support for a new hire cohort, a scoped refresher is available.
Do you offer in-person training?
Yes, by quote. Remote is the default because it is faster and more cost-effective. In-person workshops are available for local or larger engagements.
Do we need Academy if we already completed training?
Not required, but recommended. AI tools and workflows change quickly. Academy gives the team ongoing updates without scheduling a custom engagement every time something changes.
Starter training is included with every engagement. Academy keeps the team sharp between engagements. Scoped training handles everything else.
